Le perchoir Saint-Honoré is unique, exclusive, in “1st arrondissement”, the heart of Paris. “Le Perchoir” in french is where birds nest, a romantic way to describe the vibe of warmth, cozyness and elegance you can feel in the apartment.

Please take into account that as the building is from the 16th century, there is no elevator. After climbing four stairs, you reach a newly renovated apartment that is full of natural light and cosy atmosphere with its plants and authentic feel. (all the plants are real) The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with a focus on simplicity and user comfort (Bang & Olufsen speakers, air-conditioning, and heating controlled by a tablet). The accommodation is equipped with ample storage, a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
